Classes

Wizards

Wizards must be specialists, and can only specialize in one of the following schools:
  • Abjuration
  • Conjuration
  • Transmutation

Sorcerers

Sorcerers are social outcasts hunted by the Wizard Organizations and persecuted by governments. They have full access to the spell list except for those spells banned from the game.

Bards

Bards arcane abilities are unchanged from the 3.5 Handbook.

Magic Items

Weapons and Armor

Magical weapons and armor will be exceedingly rare, and limited to a +3 enhancement bonus. No special abilities will be allowed, but many materials and components will mimic DMG described special abilities. See the Weapons and Armor pages for further details.

Potions and Oils

Unchanged from what is described in the DMG.

Scrolls

Unchanged from what is described in the DMG.

Wands

Unchanged from what is described in the DMG.

Rings

Magical Rings are unknown.

Rods

Rods are unknown and cannot be created.

Staffs

A few staffs of limited power exist.

Wonderous Items

For the most part wonderous items do not exist.

Feats

The following magic related feats are not allowed:
  • Craft Rod
  • Craft Staff
  • Craft Wonderous Item
  • Forge Ring
